Dragon Dinner!

Braised Rosemary Prawns and Dragons Tongue Radishes over Kale and Quinoa Pilaf

In the Chinese culinary culture, shrimp and prawns are often refered to as “dragons”. No doubt they look like little and sometimes huge water dragons!

This meal is a Lemon, Rosemary and Garlic braised Prawn and Dragons Tongue Radishes served over a quinoa and kale pilaf. Wonderful with a little Tiquanyin Oolong Tea.
